THE
AIKIDO-IWAMA-BRASIL UCHIDESHI PROGRAM IS OPEN TO
ALL AIKIDOKAS. |
| |
The
participation in a UCHIDESHI TRAINING PROGRAM is
more than a strong immersion in the physical part
of our Art training. This is an intense living experience
in which we have an encounter with many personal
truths, and among them, the truth about the importance
of the Art and its practice in our life. |

You
can participate in the AIKIDO-IWAMA-BRASIL UCHIDESHI
PROGRAM by following the guidelines of our PROGRAM
and by choosing one of the three forms described
below. |

who are interested in our UCHIDESHI TRAINING PROGRAM,
MUST READ the information below very attentively. |

UCHIDESHI
PROGRAM OF AIKIDO-IWAMA-BRASIL |
| |
The
AIKIDOKA who wishes to participate in our program,
must follow the guidelines bellow:

PERIOD
OF STAY |
| |
Must
be accepted and confirmed by CARLOS NOGUEIRA one
month before your arrival at the Dojo. |
| |
|
| |
CONTRIBUTION |
| |
The value of the contribution correpondent to
the period of stay, must be given to CARLOS NOGUEIRA
within a closed envelope. |
| |
All
contributions are final and there will not be
any refund. |
| |
The
value of each contribution is quoted in American
dollars and should be presented in that currency. |
| |
|
| |
ARRIVING
AT THE DOJO |
| |
Entering
at the DOJO, the AIKIDOKA must present a MEDICAL
EXAM CERTIFICATE showing his good health.
|
| |
The
UCHIDESHI must be in according to the Dojo guidelines.
|
| |
The
UCHIDESHI is required to participate in all training
sessions and in any other activity necessary for
the maintenance of the Dojo. |
| |
At
the DOJO visitors or companions are not permitted.
|
| |
The
UCHIDESHI must have material of personal hygiene,
including towels, sandals and soap. |
| |
The
UCHIDESHI must have, the minimum of two (2) KEIKO-GIS
(kimonos). |
| |
The
UCHIDESHI is responsible for his own nourishment,
clothing and the washing of all his clothing.

TRAINING
& ATTITUDE |
| |
The
rules for a Program of Uchideshi vary according
to the Dojo and the instructor who offers this type
of training. |
| |
|
| |
In
the Aikido-Iwama-Brasil Uchideshi Program, the Aikidoka
must have very clear in his mind that this is a
position of determination, patience and instrospection. |
| |
|
| |
For
all participants there will be two or three classes
per day, including TAI-JUTSU (body arts), AIKI-KEN
and AIKI-JO (Boken and Jo). |
| |
|
| |
THE
UCHIDESHI must be aware that the DOJO cleaning and
maintenance work are intrinsic to the training process. |
| |
|

of this experience also to those who do not have
the time availability for a longer stay in the

and leave on Sunday evening or Monday early morning. |

contribution value is of US$55,00 for the whole
weekend. |

the mountain City of NOVA FRIBURGO. It is at 150
KM from downtown RIO DE JANEIRO. |
